Vitamin B2 - Riboflavin (elemental) - 1.4 mg
In the form of Vitamin B2 Riboflavin - 1.4 mg
Vitamin B deficiencies are common, so a safe supplementation is justified.
For all B vitamins, it is recommended to take a B complex instead of individual B vitamins. These work in synergy with each other and a complex ensures that the underlying relationships are in balance.
Vitamin B2 is a necessary water-soluble vitamin that is permitted as an additive. It is necessary for the conversion of folic acid, vitamin B6 and tryptophan and for the absorption of iron, zinc and calcium.
A too high dose can reduce the absorption at the intestine. A high dose is also not justified with a balanced diet that largely meets the nutritional requirements for vitamin B2. Bodhi contains 100% of the RDA, which is sufficient to supplement and prevent deficits.
